Trump International Beach Resort

Really enjoyed the hotel, friendly service and very clean rooms. The pools definitely need some up grade. We were mostly at the beach, the service was excellent there along with the friendly beach staff.

This hotel is amazing the staff are so nice and helpful, there even is a minibar in your room. Housekeepers come in your room everyday and If you have Kids this is a amazing place because they have many kids activities and something very important its family friendly. the food is amazing you can order food to your room for breakfast lunch and dinner. The place is always very clean, I come here at least once a year with my family I totally recommend don't believe the bad reviews.

The resort is in a great location and is very beautiful looking as well. The valet parking will cost you $50.00 per day so be prepared for few extra costs too. There is also a daily resort fee. My family and I loved the breakfast buffet alongside with orders from menu. The beach is precious with clean shores. The crowd was amazing and the views are great. The staff at the beach is very helpful and entertaining. Always greeting with smiles and conversations. Across the stree from the resort are more shops and restaurants which is a plus in case if you need to purchase personal items. Must stay!

Awesome beach view, really calm and peaceful with pools and beach being fantastic, the beach water was warm and sand wasnt burning hot, it was clean, not alot of people in the morning or evening so those were the best times during the sunrise especially. The location is fantastic overall loved Sunny Isles Beach, definitely visiting this place again

The service and location was great. But the room was not as good, the shower door didn't fully close causing water to get all over the floor of the bathroom. Every time that the air conditioner turned on it would make a clicking sound, you could hear everything that was happening outside your also. It might of just been our room though. Other than that it was a really nice hotel

Great updated room with a fantastic view. Very good location. 2 pools with plenty of space. Clean beach. Now for the cons: Awful elevators - how can there be just 4 elevators serving over 30 floors? This usually results in long wait and packed elevators with half the guests proudly stepping into the elevators without masks, and sometimes no shoes. These must be the same guests who find it necessary to reserve chairs at the pools for hours and just leave. Not the hotel's fault, but it seems it attracts a certain clientele, as there seems to be absolutely no enforcement of any protocols. So for those who still care, it might be a minus. And for a really bad - a pool attendant asking if 2 towels are enough for 4 people with a straight face., 2 plastic cups, and just one regular kurig pod in the room for 4 people (plenty of towels though). And suddenly materialized housekeeping on the day of check out loudly banging on the door at 8am demanding to know when the room will be vacated, and the check out is not until 11. All in all a 5 star hotel with what sometimes feels like a 3 star experience. Kids were happy with the hotel, so thats all that matters.

The hotel is gorgeous, the swimming pools, cascades and the beach are beautiful. The hotel is a bit old, but everything was re-newed. The MAIN PROBLEM is the people working there (except for the restaurant, and the guys that carry the bags). NEVER SAW ONE SINGLE SMILE from anyone at the reception, and they were RUDE really often.

We had a fantastic experience at this Trump beachfront hotel. The exceptional service, immaculate cleanliness, and helpful staff exceeded our expectations. The beach and its attendant services were outstanding. Overall, our vacation was truly wonderful, and we look forward to returning in the future.
